AHBEA AWARDS 2017, Annual event to hold 3rd edition this year.

Due to late in planning, the prestigious annual AFRO HERITAGE BROADCASTING AND ENTERTAINMENT AWARDS  will be holding in October this year. According to Omo Oba Sola Olaniyan, the CEO and founder of AHBEA AWARDS in a statement he released recently, he said .. "Due to the fact that we are a little behind in this years planning & logistics, our committee have agreed to shift the date of this year's event to Saturday Oct 21. We are sorry for any inconveniences this might cause you... Thanks " This year event will be holding in United State on 21th of Oct, 2017. Artists who are likely to be seen and the venue for the event will be released soon on this platform.

The award event is put together solely for those who have spent 20 years and above in the industry. But according to Yomi FashLanso, there are cases of exception for those who have equally performed very well as entertainment practitioners and good role model void of scandalous reputation.  He spoke further on one of the aim of the award, which is to use the AHBEA award platform to educate and sensitive young African descents in diaspora, so they will know that back in Africa, good things are happening in contrast to what they’ve been taught over the years.
