FAMILIES, COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS SHED TEARS AS MOJI OLAIYA LAID TO REST

Moji Olaiya’s eldest daughter Adunola Odutola, families and colleagues bursted into uncontrollable tears when they sighted Moji Olaiya's body at Ebony Vault, Ikoyi. Today Wednesday, June 7, the remains of late Nollywood actress Moji Olaiya was taken to the Ebony Vault, Ikoyi Cemetery where she was buried. Her body arrived earlier this morning from Canada where her colleagues met to accept her remains. Artists like Fathia Balogun, Foluke Daramola-Salako, Bimbo Thomas, Mide Martins, Iyabo Ojo among others shed tears at the cemetery when are body was about to be buried.

Before her burial, a brief prayer session was held at the cemetery’s reception with families, friends and loved ones in attendance. Finally her body was carried out by pallbearers. Her daughter Adunola remained uncontrollable as she watched her mother's body being carried away. Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi thanked former Lagos State governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and NURTW chieftain, Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo, for their contribution towards the burial. He also said that the committee would release a complete list of everybody who contributed to the success of Moji Olaiya's burial in due course.
